🧭 Request Access to the TOMS Outlook Plugin

TOMS (The Open Meeting Scheduler) is a web-based tool that helps ExxonMobil and SBM users find common availability for meetings. It’s accessible via Single Sign-On (SSO) and works great for cross-company scheduling.

If you're tired of switching between the TOMS web app and Outlook, the TOMS Outlook Plugin is here to help. It lets you check availability and schedule meetings directly within Outlook—no need to open the web app or manually generate invite files.

🛠️ How to Request Access

SBM Users:
Please go to the SBM Service Portal and follow these steps:

1. Go to Make a Request
2. Select Application General Request
3. Choose TOMS as the application

MODEC Users:
To request TOMS access.

1. Send an email to Wayne.Chen@modec.com
2. Include your business justification
3. Wait for confirmation that access has been granted

ExxonMobil Users:
Please open the IAM Active Directory Entitlement Access Request form and follow these steps:

1. Click on Add Access
2. Select the action Add to AD Group - Security or Email Group
3. Select Person or Bot Identity
4. Type in the last name and select the user
5. Select LAN Group Name
6. Type GUYANA-TOMS-PLUGIN-USERS.UG then click outside the field for the search to execute
7. Select LAN Group Name
8. Click on checkbox next to the group name
9. Add a Business Justification
10. Click on Save current selection
11. Click on Submit
